FW: Draft GL docs for PW WS

Carole 
just called me and told me that both Richard and Simao are on 
vacation. I don't know whether we'll have the conference call tomorrow as 
scheduled. 

 

I do 
have an action item to discuss with you. If we'll not have the CC, we'll need to 
work via emails. 

 

As 
discussed on this mailing list before our websites were set up, I mentioned we 
need to send an information document to all speakers with guidelines on what 
they should submit, by when and where, in which format, etc.

 

Please 
find in the attachment serveral draft from ITU side. I need to run them through 
with OASIS, especially for:

 

1. your logo for presentation 
templates

2. your contact to collect 
presentations

3. your opinion about 
deadlines.

 

Please have a look of 
these documents and reply me with your comments by 
email.
