I spoke to Dee, she is enroute, and with travel schedule problems due to
weather in the US.
She reports Pierre Alexandre Genillon is a contractor and working in this
capacity with the full knowledge of the CEO and CTO, who were both on email
discussions regarding Pierre Alexandre Genillon's participation.
I am sorry I do not have the CEO and CTO's names. Dee was working from
recollection and did not have email access in the airport.
