07-05-07-02: [Chairs] : Complete updating of the DSS web site / home 
page before it is locked.

Links to different specifications have been updated ... two issues remain

  1. Name of the File/Schema does not follow rules?? (wich rules)
     the submmitted time-stamping schema file did not have the right name,
     and the TC Administrator must now change the name  and upload it to 
the web server.
     JC will update the link to it.
     Action 07-05-21-01.

  2. full package link download ...
     Suppresse former link pointing to old versions.
     Waiting for upoloading of new zip containing OASIS standards 
versions for including the new link.

HAl: BEA is willing to offer a bridge ...
     area code 7 in the US, it might be cheaper for most of the 
participants to call to france ...
