Dear all,

I have been asked by Dee Schur to forward this message to the DSS-X TC.
It contains information that could be useful for our TC. Please note
that it seems to talk about a mechanism, which could, without increasing
your company's fee to OASIS, redirect part of that fee to the IDTrust
section and in this manner funding some of its TCs activities. Please
Dee, just correct me if I am missunderstanding anything.

As you know, the (XRI or DSS-X)

TC has recently become affiliated with
the OASIS IDtrust Member Section (MS), http://www.oasis-idtrust.org/. We
would like to encourage all TC member organizations to join the IDtrust
MS. Your organization can affiliate by becoming a Supporting Entity to
help fund the many initiatives of your technical committee and well as
other TCs affiliated with this MS. This means that you can direct OASIS
to allocate a percentage of your dues to go directly to the IDtrust MS,
this will not increase your annual dues; it simply affects distribution
of your dues. Please ask your OASIS primary rep to send an email to
() requesting affiliation with the IDtrust
Member Section.

Your company/org. will be listed as a supporter on the IDtrust Member
Section web pages; you will also gain voting rights in determining the
MS Steering Committee and other governance matters as described in the
