A move to push the local signature profile document to a committee draft.

Dear TC members, By this TC's mailing list I move that the DSS-X TC pushes the local signature profile document to a committee draft.

In the DSS-X TC meeting of December 16th ( https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/51752/dssx-124-draft-minutes-sdrees-20131216.txt ) a rule was adapted to allow motions over the DSS-X TC's mailing list.
The following rule has been adopted: "In accordance with OASIS Technical Committee Process 2.13, the OASIS DSS-X TC allows motions to open electronic ballots to be made, seconded, discussed and voted on over the TC's mailing list. The OASIS DSS-X TC Chairs are allowed to hold electronic ballots via the TC's mailing list or via the TC's electronic balloting capability."
