proposed roadmap
Here's a proposed roadmap for what we could produce.

The "baseline documents" would be things we, as a group, are committed to
producing. The follow-on work is stuff that people could submit, and we
could review, and approve if we can achieve consensus on it (kind of like
how IETF working groups will entertain drafts from people).

For example, if Dimitri and interested parties want to do the work of
producing a document extending the XML simple time-stamp scheme to a
linking scheme, we should be willing to consider it.

I'm not sure if this is how the group wants to function, so I'm just
raising the possibility.

If we can agree on a roadmap like this, I'll revise the requirements doc to
reflect it.

Baseline Documents
-------------------
Protocol and Core Elements:
   - request/response protocol
   - XML simple (but extensible) time-stamp and time-mark elements
   - XML requestor identity element

Protocol Bindings and Signature Profiles:
   - XAdES XML-DSIG profile
   - CMS profile
   - Other profiles?
   - Bindings (WS-Security? others?)

Follow-on Work
-----------------------
XML linking time-stamp element

[Additional Bindings and Profiles]
