[dss] EU Directive versus ABA "digest signatures"

As far as I have read the position paper, I think the technical
arguments around page 8 warning from using has only were "just as I
would have said them". 

Besides this, I too support to design DSS in a flexible way being able
to support other mechanisms of signatures - even flawed one - just on
principle.
