RE: [dss] Groups - DSS-Minutes15-nov-04.txt modified

TC Members:

  Apparently the meeting minutes were not set to publicly viewable so I went
ahead and modified the settings.

  Also, as part of the KAVI upgrade, the TC Admin can now set the
preferences in such a way that should automatically force all documents
uploaded to be publicly viewable, eliminating the need for the person
uploading the document to remember to do this. I have made this change on
the DSS TC preferences. Please let me know immediately if you experience any
difficulties uploading documents.
