Conference call?

Hi,

I have dialed the number given by ETSI, reached a message telling
me that I have reached a conf call, and requesting me to hold, wait
but nothing happens... I don't know if hte bridge is failing or
nobody has joined the call so far.
Has anybody joined the call?
