* Reword core to allow <DocumentWithSignature> to be allowed as optional output for the <VerifyResponse> and to be useable by <UpdatedSignature>.

* Reword core to clarify that <VerifyRequest> & <AddTimestamp> implies that an <UpdatedSignature> optional will be returned.

Eg. As a starting point cf. Lines 809 - 811 which can also be applied to this scenario:

In the case of <AddTimestamp> being used <UpdatedSignature>/<SignatureObject> MUST contain a <SignaturePtr> pointing to a <DocumentWithSignature> using its <WhichDocument> attribute.
<SignaturePtr>'s XPath MAY identify the updated signature.
