Draft DSS time plan

Dear all,

Below follows the proposed time plan for OASIS DSS:

1) Final CD of Core ready.  17th July

2) Profiles ready for public review 4th September.

3) Public review period (60 days) Sept oct

4) 2nd review (Preparation + 15 days) nov

5) End nov approval as committee spec for submission for approval as 
OASIS standard 15 Dec for voting from 16 Jan.

6) Mid Feb Voting complete
