OASIS Board Resolution

At the OASIS Board 
Meeting held on Monday, 26 March 2007, the following Resolution was 
adopted:

Board Approved: RESOLVED, that the Board allows all TCs that 
have not yet transitioned to the new IPR Policy by April 15 and currently have 
an OASIS Specification out for OASIS Standard ballot to remain active under the 
legacy IPR policy until May 15.
