Wiki for ebSOA

Could you set up a wiki for the ebSOA TC?

How long do you anticipate it taking to set up; I ask because if it is relatively quickly I will use it to determine the better time for scheduling editors concalls vs a series of emails. And it should be helpful in the editing process.
