TR&P Minutes for conf call 23 April 2000

1) Discussion was about " Header Classification" document that enumerates
and classifies enitities used in headers of various protocols/frameworks.
For the next week they'll revise that doc and also concentrate on XML
Messaging, MQ Series and RosettaNet in more details.
2) They are planning to meet (probably somewhere in US) at the end of March
(early April) to work on their deliverables.
