ebXMl Requirements doc

Fellow Architects:

It appears that the ebXML requirements document we were proposing to read to
view alignment with v 0.8 and v 0.4 actually includes v 0.8 (starting on
page 16).

The rest of the text from 0.8 is also embedded in the ebXML Requirements
doc.  This confirms my belief that v 0.8 should now be viewed as deprecated
becuase it has been absorbed by the others in the ebXML group.  We should
not be spending any more time on v0.8 as everyone else has moved forward
from that document.

It appears that the ebXML requirements doc also is in conformance with the v
0.4.

Does anyone else have any comments on this?
