TechArch ConfCall

We had originally planned a conference call today at 9 pm GMT but I suggest
that we move it to Wednesday the 3rd May at 4.30 pm GMT. The reasons for the
proposed change are;

I received no confirmation that the conference call is set up
I have received but one input to the Brussels agenda
I have still not seen that the TechArch specification has been circulated to
the ebXML group
The next Steering Committee is the 3rd at 3 pm GMT

These problems may partly be due to the list server and web problems we have
but since we will move into a critical stage of our work with the Brussels
meeting, they need to be resolved quickly.
