TechArch agenda for Brussels

Dear TechArch members

Welcome to Brussels. Attached you will find the TechArch draft agenda for
the week. I have given a time slot for all the work items in order to
indicate the general sequence. In reality some of the work will be done in
parallel, especially after we have divided into sub groups.

I have also attached the proposal for agenda points received from Nicola,
since it contains many good points.
