Posted spec and comments

Colleagues,

You have hopefully noticed that the TechArch specification is posted on the
ebXML web site (http://www.ebxml.org/specdrafts/TechSpechv0-6.pdf). Since I
have not seen the list of comments there yet, I attach it to this email. We
have received further comments that will go in to the second review period.

I would appreciate any comments on both documents.
