Dave,

I agree - once XP is a W3C recommendation then we should be looking
seriously at this, just as we do the other recommendations, to assess
applicability. 

From the forward planning department I had already tabled for RR to
review a transport neutral interface services model.   That way the wire
format and delivery should be interchangeable.  I believe this is the
future
for ebXML messaging generally....
