TA spec update

Title: TA spec update

Folks -

I know that many of you have been having problems downloading the TA spec from Duane's server. I will be posting the TA spec (plus minor cosmetic changes to figures 4, 10, and 12 in version 0.94b) to the OASIS TA Project Team Web site later this afternoon. I will send another email to the list as soon as I've uploaded the spec and change log. The version I post will be version 0.94c
