Many thanks.  Listing Klaus and Bob makes sense.  I would recommend listing 
Carol also, for routine press contacts.  The current pages include Carol as a 
press contact as well as a gentleman from UN/CEFACT who I have never heard of 
and from all accounts may not know much about ebXML.
