Depending on the implementation, I think the Business Process layer
may need to use everything in the Resources and Contracts package.
For example, the UCC model recently posted to the Core Components
list by Melanie Kudela specifies shipments and payments and their
relationships, which are instances of Economic Event and Duality.
Both shipments and payments carry Economic Resources.
