In line 249, there is a "reference not found" error. I think the cause
was the splitting of the "economic elements" section into two parts.
The text starting with the middle of line 249 thru 255 is duplicated
in both sections.  Either the first instance of this duplicated text
should be deleted, or the missing reference - probably to the
second part of the REA explanation - should be corrected.
