Groups - March 2007 Teleconferences added

The maintenance release (3.x) will continue to be the main topic in 2007;
the simplified approach to negotiation under TC discussion is also to be
reviewed. Our goal remains to complete the roll-up of errata, requested
enhancements, and the extensibility framework. We are also waiting for ebMS
3.0 stability to incorporate any extensions required. We also will complete
our IPR transition.
