vote for specifying reasonable defauts for all those parameters. This is
much more cost saving on the SMB case.
The focus is to have the infrastructure import a CPA, not the CPP. This is
the collaborative agreement. The CPP is maintained by the infrastructure as
a collection of its capabilities.
