[ebxml-dev] WSDL

Does anyone have any example WSDL files that show how the ebXML Message 
Headers and Manifest can be declared using SOAP bindings, in accordance with 
the WSDL 1.1 spec ? I am particularly interested in the header bindings and 
the possible inclusion of the MIME binding extensions to WSDL (WSDL 1.1 - 
sections 3.7 and 5 respectively)
