[ebxml-dev] OASIS UBL White Paper Now Available

The first edition of the OASIS white paper, "UBL: The Next Step for
Global
E-Commerce," is now available. The UBL white paper is a living document
maintained by the OASIS UBL Marketing Subcommittee and is subject to
change as the UBL initiative progresses. The white paper can be found in
PDF format at
