One tool that can be used is SmartDraw's VisualScript. Here is
infomation recently sent to me (7/24) by David Webber regarding one of
my projects - David is copied on this e-mail and I'll pass along any
further information he provides (since I don't believe he is subscribed
to ebXML-dev):
