CPPA3 and ebMS3 PModes

Hi,

The ebCore TC is working on version 3.0 and now has some first working 
drafts.
One feature is full support for AS4.    Here is a link to a blog post

I'm planning some follow-on post or posts to discuss the multi-protocol 
feature (CPPA3 also supports ebMS2 and AS2 and other protocols),  CPPs 
and unification of CPPs in CPA, a to-be open sourced implementation of 
such a unification, and support for named protocols (which provides use 
of templates in support of message protocol profiles).
