[ebxml-iic-conform] MS conformance test reqs review

Title: MS conformance test reqs review

Folks,

we'll wait for the comments from Rik Drummond, (he should

send them early next week he told me) before submitting to MS TC.

I expect we should be able to submit end of next week (Friday 19th).

Let me know soon enough in case you see a problem.

Delivery would be:

- annotated spec (coverage)

- list of MS conf test reqs
