Anne Fischer will be attending the XML Europe conference in Barcelona in
May, and will represent the Registry TC in the joint meetings.  Please let
both of us know the agenda for the joint discussions as soon as possible.

We've been making some progress lately in starting some joint
architecture talks with CEFACT. While a joint architecture team (and
marketing too) was agreed to in the Vienna agreement we haven't been
able to get this set up yet. ebTWG will be holding technical meetings in
Barcelona the same week as the XML Europe conference (week of 20 May),
and they are willing to hold joint architectural dicussions with us.
Whether we have formal representatives to this or not we should at least
make sure that we do have adequate (and the right) representation at
these meetings.

Could each of you please ask in your TC meetings who will be in
Barcelona that week, and think about who should be representing your TC
in joint discussions with ebTWG.
