[ebxml-jc] ebXML Joint Architecture in Barcelona

I have spoken with Duane Nickull and arranged for our ebXML Joint
Architecture meeting in Barcelona to be held on Tuesday of that week. We
are still working out where this meeting will be held, either in the
ebTWG Architecture room (which may require paying the ebTWG meeting fee)
or a room hosted by OASIS at the XML conference hotel if we can't get
the ebTWG fee waived.

The goals of the meeting are to 1) establish the ebXML Joint
Architecture team, including selection of chair, editor, charter,
schedule, etc.; 2) identify initial technical issues to be addressed by
the joint team; and 3) start work on the issues.

In a separate message I will send to the five people who have said they
would attend (Anne, Jacques, Brian, Dale, and Jeff) a draft copy of the
ebTWG architecture document that Duane has provided; a joint
architecture could perhaps be based on this document. Duane has
requested that this document not be distributed beyond the joint
architecture participants as it is a private, internal ebTWG draft, so I
don't want to send it to the ebxml-jc list, which is publicly archived.
