[ebxml-jc] Agenda item for January meeting

Issue: 

What is the OASIS provision for maintenance of specifications?
For example, does a TC have to exist and be renewed to do maintenance
on a specification? Or can it terminate at the end of its charter
with no explicit maintenance provided for?
Can a single maintenance TC handle maintenance for all OASIS ebXML
standards?
