submit to ISO?

In regards to the discussion re: submitting ebXML OASIS Standard specs 
to ISO, are there JC meeting minutes somewhere that I can point to where 
the TC chairs agreed to this plan?

Lacking that, could I get the chairs of the three TCs that produced the 
specs (Reg, Msg, and CPPA) to send me a quick note saying that there are 
no objections?

(I'd just like to have in writing that there were no objections from the 
TCs before we restart discussions with ISO.)
