ebXML JC telecon

Attendees were Jamie, Kathryn and Jacques.  We did not have a quorum, so
did not have an official meeting.  Jacques volunteered to be the next
rotating chair, and will be setting up the next telecon.  Jamie will be
sending out the Marketing draft document, and would like comments back.
