Bosak/Crawford 4/12/2005: External ebXML Messaging

Hello,
As the ebxml-jc rotating chair, I'm responsible to query you both about 
an effort being undertaken by the ebxml-jc. We plan development of a 
high-level but informative technical white paper. We have an outline 
(see attached).  We'd like to include Core Components and thought a 
reference of its use in context would be valuable (i.e. using UBL).  
Would the team be interested in some small contributions to this paper?
