Groups - ebxml-jc Rescheduled Meeting added

Tentative agenda attached. When I inquired, the majority (if not almost
everyone) in ebxml-jc was available either at 9 or 10 a.m. PST each Monday.
 I've chosen 9 a.m. PST to encourage Ian Jones to attend.  Pim, if you can
attend even part of this meeting please try to do so.
