Time to Rotate Chair Position for ebxml-jc

Today, in our call 27 March 2006, I asked for a volunteer to assume the 
chair position for ebxml-jc. The chair position rotates periodically and 
I think that everyone has had a turn.  I'd like to ask for a volunteer.
