Cancelling July 31st meeting

Sorry for the short notice... I am cancelling our meeting on Monday,
July 31st.  Our next scheduled meeting is August 14th. I will be on
vacation that day, and unavailable. Would someone like to chair the
meeting, or would you prefer to cancel? (I know there are a lot of
vacations, etc. in August).
