            I would like to add a short item (5mins maximum) to today's call about changes to Non Repudiation functionality form messaging that will have a potential effect on BPSS and is of general use for others to hear as it is a result of re-using other Web Service specs.  Dale and Jacques are aware of it as it is something that the Messaging TC have been working with for some time.
