Request for TC Discussion list for an ebXML Oversight TC

Hi fellow JC-ers!
Here is what I quickly put together for the submission to OASIS. I would
like your quick review, especially item 2, as I just put it together
quickly based on notes from our last couple of meetings. I am not sure
how detailed it needs to be at this point, as it is just a preliminary
statement of scope...

We are requesting the formation of a public discussion list for the
purpose of forming a TC to provide oversight and maintenance of ebXML.
Per the TC Processes we are providing:

1. Name of the discussion list (not the same as the name of the list in
which the TC will operate):
ebXML Oversight Discussion List

2. Preliminary statement of scope for the TC:
To provide maintenance, promotion, new functionality requirements and
coordination of ebXML specs as the ebXML TCs complete current work and
are ready to roll the work into an oversight ebXML TC. The proposed
ebXML TC will operate in a mode for maintenance, spec errata management,
implementation issues, and coordination of the specs and architecture.

3. Names, email addresses and membership affiliations:
