[ebxml-msg] Rest of XML-form issues from "Old comments" emails

OK, I'm done going through my "Old Comments" email [1] though my "New issues"
one [2] remains incomplete.  Now that much of this is automated for me, I
should have it out to the list today or tomorrow.  This time, I've provided
both XML and HTML.  (Note, the XML file must be in the same directory as the
XSL and DTD files Chris sent to work correctly and requires a "recent"
browser).

<frustration>I am starting to feel this effort is worthless since the TC seems
to be comfortable shipping something without considering issues submitted for
1.09.  Please let me know whether the rest of these technical, non technical,
major technical, whatever issues are worth getting onto a single format.  When
will the editing team, which so far hasn't met or begun discussions, begin
checking through the issues for ones that may be considered purely editorial
and worth disposing of en masse?

Less important side issue: Is anyone working to XML-ify the ten or so other
issues (not submitted by Chris or I) mentioned on the list since 2.0 was
published?</frustration>
