[ebxml-msg] Microsoft IPR statement

Attached is the text of the Microsoft IPR statement regarding SOAP 1.1  that
I talked about on yesterday's conference call..

We should either include it in the Messaging spec (my preference) or
reference it (our Web Site?).

Any comments ?
