IONA Technologies has taken adequate steps to 
ensure that IONA's implementation of ebXML Messaging Service v2.0 complies with 
the intellectual property rights or claimed rights ("IPR") associated with the 
SOAP specification, as such IPR were declared when the SOAP specification was 
submitted to W3C (see http://www.w3.org/Submission/2000/05/).  Except as 
expressly stated herein, IONA does not acknowledge or agree to any other IPR 
claimed by any third party with regards to the SOAP 
specification.
