RE: [ebxml-msg] Constraints for RefToMessageId in Acknowledgmentelement??

Dave,

	I believe the RefToMessageId in an Acknowledgment "MAY" match
the RefToMessageId in the MessageHeader/MessageData element. If memory
serves this was to allow bundling an Ack with an unrelated message. I
don't think bundling Acks with unrelated messages will be used very
much, if at all. I agree with you that this "feature" adds unnecessary
complexity and should probably be removed in the next version of the
spec. In the last F-2-F we discussed the possibility of refactoring the
MessageData element and moving it up a level. This is one way we could
eliminate the RefToMessageId in the Acknowledgment element. Thoughts?
