Whitepapaer !

Team,

	I have seen no comments on the White paper I posted last week - I don't believe it is perfect, I think several sections need attention to detail but I need your comments and feedback to improve them.  I would appreciate comments on security, WSDL and WS-I as these are not areas that I have great exposure to and any feedback would be useful.  Also I arbitrarily defined the payload services and made them non mandatory are there others and should any be required?
