               sorry, I was not as clear as I thought, I meant we only reqiuired one more person to vote to get over the 2/3 for and less than 1/4 remaining so that I could declare the Ballot complete as the possible number of objections would be less than 1/4, which is what the OASIS TC guideline state for approval of any formal motion to release something.
