Pete:

First comments on the draft 0.4:

- Doc should suggest this is only Part 1, e.g. named "Core Messaging Functions", as opposed to "Advanced Messaging Functions" (part 2).

- Remove Sections 6.3, 6.4: Payload services, status request, will now belong to Advanced part if ever.

- remove place holder for section 6.5 and 6.5.1 (no need for a Pull module section, feature is entirely specified by other sections)

- 5.1.1: where "eb" is the ebMS 3.0 namespace. --> where "eb" is the ebMS 3.0 namespace prefix (illustrative).

- Line 2400: remove Step (4) (subsequent steps # will change). "Pull" needs also be removed from Figure. 

- remove sections 6.7, 6.8, 6.9, 6.10, 6.11, 6.12.

- remove section 7. (will go to "Advanced")

- less urgent: introductory Section 2 (in particular 2.2) is kind of outdated, will need some rewriting.
