Approved Version 3 ebXML Messaging committee draft 1

I am pleased to announce that the voting members of the ebXML Messaging Services TC have approved as a Committee Draft the first core component specification as part of the development of the Version 3.0 specification.

 

The TC would invite comments and any test implementations based on this draft to assist in the development of the final specification.
