RE: [ebxml-msg] Groups - Proposed Draft 9

I have uploaded a proposed draft 9 (both in doc and PDF format) along
with a diff document showing the difference between draft 9 and our current
draft 8. These documents are used only internally within the TC (they are not a
replacement or a substitute for what Pete is usually editing). The content of
draft 9 includes all what draft 8 did not pick up + more features and changes
that are not yet proposed or discussed in the TC. The aim of the proposed draft
9 is to trigger discussions. Ideally we would like to vote a CD 2 by the end of
this month. Therefore the proposed draft 9 should be a good starting point for
discussions.
